The total solar power installed capacity in India stands at 1.686 GW as of 31st March 2013 out of a total of 28 GW of renewable power installed capacity(Source MNRE). In February 2013, the total renewable energy installed capacity stood at about 27.3 GW. The breakup of the capacities are given below.
