According to the data released by the MNRE today, India’s cumulative grid-connected solar installed capacity(PV+CSP) stood at 2,180 MW as of 31 December 2013. This translates to an addition of 1,004 MW in the calender year 2013. Wind installations crossed the 20 GW mark in November 2013, and stood at 20,150 MW at the end of 2013. The total renewable installed capacity almost touched the 30 GW mark. The total power generating capacity(all sources of energy) stood at 233, 930 MW and renewables constituted about 12.8% of the total installed capacity(Source: CEA).
The month-wise capacity addition for solar and wind is given below.
The details can be found in the MNRE website here.

This is a positive data which can actually bring back the sentiments to renewable energy sector in India. In one word, the light at the end of the tunnel is BRIGHTER now.
cheers

Two projects- a 2.5 MW plant by ACME and a 50 MW plant by Godawari Power.
good , how much of it is CSP??
Good.
Capacity addition may be on a bar chart.

Do have have any indicative figures on generation from wind & solar from 20+Gw and 2.1GW respectively??
We don’t have it yet. We will share it once we are able to get the information.
its all installed capacity., can we know how much generated from installed
