In the Phase III of the implementation of the Rooftop PV systems by the Solar Energy Corporation of India, RfS was floated in September 2013 for allocation of projects in 9 cities totaling 10 MW(Details available here). SECI announced the winners a few days back, and the results are as follows.
1. Of the total 10 MW in 9 cities, 8.75 MW was allotted, with 2 cities(Chandigarh and Gwalior) falling short of their targeted allocation.
2. Tata Power Solar wins projects in 4 cities(Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune) totaling 1.75 MW. Ravano Solar follows with 3 projects(Mumbai, Chennai and Coimbatore) totaling 1.5 MW. Waaree Energies, Sree Nandies Technologies, Fourth Partner Energy Pvt Ltd and Fonroche Saaras Energy Pvt. Ltd follow with 2 projects each. The details are as follows.

Admin, can you tell from where can we get the price per watt discovered from this bidding phase. Because the SECI document also does not mention the price per watt.
