Context
The client engaged RESolve to assess the impact of MNRE’s JNNSM Phase 1 on the Indian solar sector and draft recommendations for Phase 2 of the mission.
Action
- Analyzed the objectives of the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission(JNNSM) and compared the actual execution of the mission in the Phase 1.
- Developed a set of recommendation on behalf of the association to be submitted to the MNRE.
- Created a whitepaper on the status and potential of the solar rooftop PV market in India.
Result
The recommendations were used for internal deliberations among the association members.
