As per the latest update from MNRE, only 72.25 MW of renewable energy capacity was added in October 2013. No solar projects were commissioned in the month, while 52.25 MW of Wind and 20 MW of Small Hydro capacity was added. Overall, 881 MW of Wind and 394 MW of Solar capacity has been added in the year 2013-14 so far(Starting April 2013). The month-wise trend for Solar and Wind is given below.

the 394MW installation between April to October is different with the data of 515MW from Bridge to India as we know, so, which one is the real one?

The data we have published is from April 2013 and are the official figures as reported by the MNRE. Haven’t seen the Bridge to India report, so unable to comment on it.
