Overview
As per the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), the anticipated power requirement for the year 2014-15 is 69,596 Million Units(MUs) or Million kWh, whereas the availability is anticipated at 59,593 MUs, which translates to an annual deficit of about 14.4%.
